General
Ensure the entire property is EMPTY
Remove all personal items and large furniture
Provide accessibility by unlocking rooms
Notify the cleaning team of any specific requirements
Water & electricity must be available (Please don't shut off your power or water - we need it to clean)!
Kitchen
Remove ALL items in the fridge, cabinets, pantry, oven storage drawer, etc.
Bathrooms
Remove all items in the cabinets, drawers, shower, etc.
Flush all toilets and ensure no bodily fluids are present
Bedrooms
Entire room, closets & drawers to be completely EMPTY
